The sun has just set into the abyss of the rolling hills of Gambardia. I hear the all too familiar whistle of the Jerumberg bird. That was my que. My plan has been launched into action. I am a gladiator for the Kabardian Army. I am the first and only female to ever do this. I shall not be the last. I will not stop trying until everyone in the 7 kingdoms of Rawana, knows the name, my name, Vannessa Hawkscraft.
We are in the middle of the Ultimate Wars. The 7 kingdoms of Rawana, have turned our backs on each other. Although, we are allianced with the archers of Artonia, the swordsman of Skodipia, the hunters of Humbardia, and the warlocks of Wogardia. This battle has gone through many territories as well. Wrecking the homes and lives of the innocent of villagers without question. My father Chieftain Hawkscraft is, the commander of the gladiator sector. My bloodline has been in command of this sector since the end of the Dark Wars. We do not intend to stop. But this war could be the end of the people of Gambardia. All kingdoms within Rawana have different strengths and weaknesses. The opposing alliances send spies to either in attempt to gain knowledge of another kingdoms weakness. All trust has been lost, and I am not sure it can be restored, but I have bigger problems to worry about. If any of the kingdoms will prevail, or if Rawana will end up like all the other realms.
Healthy Habits Essay

Many people struggle with healthy eating habits. I personally have many goals and challenges when it comes to eating healthy. My goals are to eat healthy, balanced, and nutritional meals. Lots of kids my age eat hamburgers and french fries for dinner. My parents provide me with a well-balanced meal with protein and vegetables. When I’m older my parents will not tell me what to eat, so I will continue to focus on eating well balanced meals. Challenges I face are the fact that I eat slow. I don’t finish on time and I may stay at the table forty-five minutes after everyone else is finished. I am also a picky eater. I have a hard time finding different foods that that I like that are actually healthy. My parents can compromise and give me broccoli and fruit instead of foods that I don’t really like. My goals to have in the future are to eat healthy foods throughout life and when I’m older. I will help and make sure other kids have healthy eating habits, and not to eat fast food and other foods that aren’t very healthy. Kids should eat vegetables and proteins. In conclusion, kids should focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, and proteins and not eat junk foods like fast foods.
When I was born, I was only 26 weeks old. It was because my mom had High Blood Pressure. The doctors kept saying I would not make it. My parents had faith. My mom found out she was having pre-eclampsia and I was to be taken out immediately. I still had water in my lungs, so I had help breathing with 5 – 10 different machines. I stayed at Northside Hospital (where I was born) for 3 to 4 months. Pre-eclampsia is when you go into labor early.
I had QT Syndrome. QT Syndrome is when your heart skips a beat. I had to crawl every day to get stronger and walk if I could. My lungs were not fully developed yet. I now lift weights and do elliptical stuff in my gym. My best friend and I are also going to do track or cross country.
Studies show that if you work out for at least 60 minutes a day then you can become healthy Also, water is good for you because it is essential to your health. Think of water as a nutrient your body needs that in present in liquids, plain water, and foods.
Now, LOVE to work out and to do gymnastics and to jog. I stretch every day, and I do pushups. I stay healthy by eating healthy, drinking water, and eating trail mix. I am very healthy and strong. You can find ways to be healthy too. If you have a dog you can walk, you can get a great workout. To be an athlete, you have to train at least 60 minutes a day. You have to eat lots of fruits and veggies, and you can drink healthy smoothies. My goal is to get on a gymnastics team – what are your goals for your health?
Now this book is silly and random, but it is also a huge step in both the field of writing and robotics. An artificial intelligence WROTE A CHAPTER OF A BOOK. This will absolutely allow for more progress in the future, and more books to read.
In case you don’t know this is a realistic fiction story. It’s based off the finding of the FIRST ever seen/caught blobfish. This blobfish was named Mr. Blobby. This is about what his life was like before he was caught. It will involve actual facts about these strange endangered fish with a bit of a humorous and realistic feel. Enjoy this short story edition!
Mr. Blobby was a lonely old blobfish man that worked hard every day at his office, yet he saw no appreciation. H never had a girl or guppies, and lived alone at the bottom of the cold sea floor. And he never had any luck. But, soon things would start to get better!
One day as Mr. Blobby sat on his coral sofa after a long hard day at the office he turned on “SEA NN” and saw some breaking announcement! “It seems that more and more of these strange alien boats are being seen above the waters and are capturing more fish, harming homes, and killing guppies. Surviving victims are forced to leave their homes and survive out in the open blue with dangerous predators waiting for them.” “Oh my…” thought Mr. Blobby. Soon after that, a commercial with president fish came on stating “we need you! To join us in the fight against these alien surface attacks! Anyone wanting to help report to town center! Tomorrow!” Mr. Blobby jumped up from his chair! This could be his chance! He could join the fish army and help! He could finally get some respect! He couldn’t wait for this! Tomorrow would be a change…or would it mean the end?
THE NEXT DAY
Mr. Blobby sat outside opening his mouth waiting for some krill to swim near him, so he could have some good grub before heading to town hall. After a successful “hunt” for breakfast, he swims as fast as his blobby body could toward the town hall. Once he was there he told the president he wanted to sign up. The president looked at him then laughed. “What is a blobfish doing here? You can’t join the army! You can barely even swim! You wouldn’t even make it toward the surface! Face it blobfish,
you’re not even special!” he croaked. All the other fish around laughed at him too, so Mr. Blobby swam away feeling embarrassed and sad. But...then he thought, “I don’t care what they say! I can do this! I want to make a change and I believe in myself!” so he turned around and swam toward the surface! But…little did he know that his species was physically unable to do this. He was breaking the laws of biology! He was special after all! But! Something terrible started to happen, as he was swimming he saw the silhouette of a boat, he tried to swim toward it but he was trapped in its net! He tried to swim down but it was too late! He was caught in the humans net, never to be seen or heard of again.
And that my friends is the origin of Mr. Blobby! He was an unappreciated slow fish that nobody liked. Yet, even though nobody cared much for him he believed in himself! He defied the odds and got toward the surface! Even though he was abducted by fishermen and other Blobfish we encouraged by his bravery and tried to do this… and they also got caught... But that’s not the point. The point is, ignore the haters and remember that you are special! You are important!
